Hi All,

Today I am on Day 5 and yesterday when I weighed myself I had only lost 3.6 lbs and today when I weighed myself I had weighed a pound back.

Am I doing something wrong?

Day 1- Melons and an orange only
Day 2- Breakfast- Potato & Spinach, Lunch- cauliflower & broccoli, and dinner- sautéed asparagus, peppers, and onions with lemon, salt, and pepper, and some spinach and kale chips
Day 3- Fresh mango juice, carrots, some spinach and kale chips, and cabbage soup
Day 4- 2 cups of 2%milk, 4 bananas, and cabbage soup
Day 5- I've had soup, and a tomato so far. I'll have cup of brown rice and some tomatoes for dinner.

Please advice.

Did you make your own kale chips? Did you have good fat on your potato day 2?
NO JUICE in the morning. pure sugar with no fiber. No carrot, no kale chips
day 5 is way off, sorry
please read the program here again and try and follow it as we have it.

No I had few of the ready made kale/spinach chips.

I used some oil to make the veggies on Day 2

I am confused as to how my day 5 is off? I am doing the vegetarian diet so I am doing brown rice and tomatoes.

Am I not able to have soup day 3 and onwards?

did you actually read the ingredients on those chips? likely bad oils and they are just junk food.

the wonder soup can be taken any day. raw tomato and tomato soup are nutritionally not the same. cook the tomato down and it's pure carb. also each meal needs good fat.

so now you can see why your losses will not be near as good. sorry...

Ok well that sucks. :(

I am going to try this again. Maybe I am not reading between the lines.

Can you please tell me if I am on the right track?

Day 1- Only Fruits & Water
Day 2- One potato with good fat and vegetables (cooked or raw) and soup & water
Day 3- Fruits & Vegetables (no bananas or potatoes), soup, & water
Day 4- Bananas, Milk, and Soup & Water
Day 5- One cup White rice or brown rice or legumes and tomatoes, Good Fat, & Water- Does tomatoes need to cooked or raw?
Day 6- One cup White rice or brown rice or legumes with good fat and vegetables.
Day 7- Up to two cups of white rice or brown rice or legumes with good fat, fruit, and vegetables.

Also can I eat as much as I want or is it just 3 meals a day?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP. I am getting married on July 3rd so I am just trying to get this right.

hey hey
that looks nice... I do suggest legumes or eggs if you eat over rice days 5 and 6. At least a teaspoon of good fat each meal
read each day, some allow snacks so you are not eating just 3 times day. remember you can use dried herbs and spices as you like along with peppers...
CONGRATS on the wedding, truly exciting to hear.
