Hi , I finished day 3 today and restricted to 1 apple , 1 orange , a bowl of papaya, fresh green salad and veggies cooked today . Is it okay to cheat for a bite of a dessert or some yogurt or does that disturb the pattern ?
no cheats, can disturb patter. You can have some tea no sweetener unless stevia, you can have coconut water or the wonder soup which tends to help with losses.

This is my second time on this diet and it is going much better than the first time. I am now on Day 6. I lost about 5 to 6 lbs between day 1 and day 4 but nothing on day 5. I replaced beef with lean pork for breakfast and had Turkey burger and soup/tomato for the rest of the day. Hoping that was not a bad idea.
I am wondering if I can use chicken soup with onion, carrots, beets and zucchini for day 6 dinner!
