Hi , I finished day 3 today and restricted to 1 apple , 1 orange , a bowl of papaya, fresh green salad and veggies cooked today . Is it okay to cheat for a bite of a dessert or some yogurt or does that disturb the pattern ?
This is my second time on this diet and it is going much better than the first time. I am now on Day 6. I lost about 5 to 6 lbs between day 1 and day 4 but nothing on day 5. I replaced beef with lean pork for breakfast and had Turkey burger and soup/tomato for the rest of the day. Hoping that was not a bad idea.
I am wondering if I can use chicken soup with onion, carrots, beets and zucchini for day 6 dinner!
