Hi forum,
I am new here and I have some queries and would appreciate if someone can assist with answering them

I am on day 5 of the diet and I lost about 3.5 kg up till now and I think that I didn't loose the expected weight because I am already out of applying the 28 days diet which I have applied for a few times over the past months causing me to loose around 32+ kg over the past 8 months. To be honest, I am feeling with the high level of energy in my daily activities and I feel very confident of applying it again after completing it this time. My questions are:

1. What kinds of fruits and vegetables allowed for us to consume?
2. Is there a recovery time I should stick with before repeating it?
3. Is it allowed for diabetics to undergo this diet?
