I have never felt as good as I have when on this diet. I just finished week 1 and lost 12 pounds. I have continued on to week 2 because I love this diet. What are the drawbacks of continually doing this diet?
The times off helps the body reset, so you just may see less losses, so after week 2 take a 2 week break, look in the after 7 days section at the top 2 posts we have additional help there
