Can I eat steam chicken instead of beef because when ever I eat beef I become sick. And on day 2 I ate boil chickpeas I didn't know that I can not eat that.
yes on chicken. well did you read the plan on gmdietworks.com? what reading day 2 there made you think you could? That messes up that day for sure. sorry.
