Yesterday was 7th day. Weighing empty stomach in the morning shows I lost 6 pounds. During the day it shows I lost 4 pounds.

I am planning to do slim fast diet for next two weeks. After two weeks I will do this diet again. I was hoping to lose 10 pounds. Maybe nit much exercise.

What do you guys think of my plan?

Morning weigh is what you take. Slim fast is processed foods and really bad for you. However if you want go for it. If you are eating their products, have you read what's in them?

Hi Kevin

Thanks for the reply. I am eating their meal bar for breakfast and protein shake for night. My snacks and lunch are only vegetable fruits and protein. I want to limit the calories. Only for two weeks I will do this. Is this okay?

calories limiting will only cause weight gain long term, your body essentially gets confused. This is up to you. Why not eat whole real foods, lots of veg, good protein, and a little fruit.
