Hello
I am wondering
On the day 2, if we r suppose to eat boiled vegie
Are we suppose to add salt
Day 5
Brown rice, are we suppose to make a veggie fried rice
Or a plain brown rice
Well this is very confusing
As have mentioned to follow,
But how to follow,
Any thing if i am forgetting pls post a message to me

salt, spices, herbs, peppers, pepper are all OK. Day 5, if your subbing rice for meat, make sure you add a little good oil to it. Cook how you like, but boiled seems best.
