I started my GM-Diet 7 days plan yesterday.s
My 1st day plan-2 apples, 1 Guava, 2 pomegranate along with 18 glass of water and 1 hr gym.

Second day- Morning- 2 medium potatoes with ghee, salt and red chilli.

lunch-2 cucumber, one bowl peas mixed with onion , salt, black salt.

dinner-1 bowl cooked bottle gourd and one bowl cooked pointed gourd

12 glass of water and 30 min gym.

Will be eating fruits and veggies tomorrow.

Please suggest if some changes required
