Hye kevin ....i jst finished day 4 today

)) ....lost 2kgs so far ....want to lose 3 kgs more by the end of this diet plan .(finger crossed) ...can u plz review my plan for tomorow
B.f .....grilled chicken piece with grilled tomatoe
Lunch.....beef petty ( with a bit chana daal mixed) n grilled tomatoe
Dinner ....chicken vegi soup
Is it ok ? And one more question ....on wot day i can have rice as i m a big time rice lover n missing eating rice
