my Question is, that i saw ur detailed diet breakdown in lunch, dinner,breakfast etc. the amount of quantity of fruits are too much for me to consume. Do i need to eat as much as mentioned in diet. Does eating less can fluctuate the results? Please let me know.

Since morning i eat 1 apple, 12-15 pieces of water melon. In dinner i m planning to eat an apple and melon again

you do no need to eat that much fruit now. However the rest of the plan eating less is not good nor better.

Today is my day 2, i started with 182.6 lb today i m 180.2 lb. i lost 2.4 lb in one day .feelimg really great.today is the vegetable day. My question for wonder soup is that, can i use a sooon of soya sauce and red chilli paste in wonder soup. Pls let me know. Thanx once again

Nice loss. Pure dried herbs and spices are OK. It would all depend on the ingredients.

I also have few more questions as i proceed towards my day 4-5. First of all let me introduce my self so that u can have idea to give me substitutes. I am Indian and pure vegetarian recidining in United States. I have following questions
1. Are we suppose to drink lean milk on 4th day

2. For day 5, can i get substitute for 6tomatoes. I dont like tomatoes. Also can i have yougurt with rice. If yes which kind of yogurt is allowed?

3. What do you think is more healthy
Brown rice or white rice

2) yogurt not sweetened would be OK but lessen the rice in half.
3) Well neither in a sense. White rice is a simple starch, carb. That's it. Brown rice is full on anti-nutrients and difficult form nay people to digest. So in a nutshell white is better.

Today is my day 3 of diet. I lost 2.4 lbs after day 1, yesterday was my day 2. I eat one backed potatoe and wonder soup 2 bowls for whole day. today i dont see any weight loss and plus my stomach feels blotted. So my questions are following

1. Didn't i eat enough for weightloss ?
2. Do you think its Gas in the body which doesnot show the weightloss ?
3. if yes what is the remedy ?

1) did you have good fat with potato?
2) gas or water retention temporarily can cause a temporary slowing is loss.
3) make sure you have salt, just do not over do it. Do not over drink water nor drink right before or after you eat.
When do you weigh?
