Hi

I did diet perfectly on 1st day. On second day I was feeling dizzy at the mall, ate a bowl of vegetable soup. Did I mess my plan, do I need to start over. The soup seemed to gave lot of salt but made with vegetable broth.

just keep going, but why eat veggie soup when you can have wonder soup anytime you feel hungry?
